What is Bali Traditional Food?
One of Bali's Traditional food is Nasi Lawar. It is a very delicious rise with Pork Skewers, vegetables, roasted pork beef, pork skin and thin sauce filled in potatoes. Most Hindus Bali people, especially the priests family don't eat meat and other products from cows. They honor cows as sacred creatures because Siwa God rides a cow to travel all over the world.
The other famous food of Bali is Kacang Bali or Balinese roasted beans for snack. There are also Brem Bali which is a kind of wine made from Rice. There are two kind of Brem Bali, the liquid wine that is sold in bottle, and the sweet brem Bali snack.
Bali's Coffe is also famous, especially for coffee from near Kinatamani. It is well known as Luwak Coffee that is sorted with helps of animal that called as Luwak. This kind of coffee is the most expensive coffee sold in US and Europe. It is only produced in Indonesia, including Bali. Here you can buy this coffee with a cheap price.
