Bali Island get a very great honor for the place of Miss World 2013. Miss Philippine, Megan Young, who was born at US and move to Philippine at the age of 10, has been elected as 2013 Miss World pageant amongst 126 other contestants. The occasion is took place at Nusa Dua Bali and broadcast to 180 countries.

There is also a rehearsal at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Center as a part of this Miss World Competition. A Huge open air stand has been made for the occasion.
