Tirta Empul is a Balinese Temple located in Tampak Siring, just at the right side of Tampak Siring Presidential Palace. In Tirta Empul, there is a pool with water fountains. Bali's People believe that the water can cure them from any diseases. They often pray with the help of Hindus priest.
In Tirta Empul, there are two other pools in Temple Area. One is a big pool with alot of beautiful goldfishes in it. This pool actually is an old swimming pool with a natural water circulation. The other pool is a small pool near the entrance area, with a Gazebo in the middle of it.
There are some buildings in this temple, but to go into the sacred temple, we have to use special clothes. But don't worry about it, because the Temple's Guards will lend us the clothes and help us to use it.
In the outside of the temple, there are shops that sell traditional crafts like paintings, clothes, bags and other interesting items. There is also a coffee shop near the big pool.

From Tirta Empul, we can see The Tampak Siring Presidential Palace. It is a place to stay for Indonesian's Guests from another countries. Some former US Presidents have been stayed in Tampak Siring Presidential Palace when they visited Bali.
